Monument's answer to Contrast and Speedpaint gets its second wave. Set #2 puts twelve more 1-Step colours in one box, each laying down colour and shading in a single coat over a bright primer, with no special tools or techniques needed. The clever bit comes later: thin it with water for glazes and filters, or mix it with the Pro Acryl you already own. It's a one-coat paint that stays useful long after you've learned to blend.
What's in the box
12 × 22ml bottles of PRO Acryl 1-Step paint
Colours: Rust, Scarlet Red, Olive Yellow, Dark Purple, Dark Brown, Dark Green Blue, Bright Slate Grey, Yellow Green, Deep Blue, Bronze Yellow, Dark Turquoise and Black
Water-based acrylic with a matte finish
Best for
Getting armies and board game minis painted fast over white or zenithal primer
Thinning with water for glazes and filters on your showpiece models
Mixing with other Pro Acryl colours to hit exactly the shade you're after
Prime white, or spray white over black for a zenithal base, and the paint does the heavy lifting: darker in the recesses, brighter on the raised detail, all from one pass of the brush.
