Before you order
This is a special order. We don't hold it in stock – we order it from the UK distributor especially for you.
It usually arrives with us and is sent out within 2–4 weeks. Occasionally the distributor runs out, in which case we'll contact you straight away with options, including a full refund.
Please only order if you're happy to wait. This doesn't affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel.
If your basket has other things in it too, we'll hold the whole order and send it all together once this arrives. Want the rest sooner? Just place it as a separate order.
Six essential tools: cutters, tweezers, screwdrivers, knife and file
Supplied in a compact carry case
Genuine Tamiya quality that lasts

Every modeller ends up with the same shortlist of tools rattling around the bench — cutters, tweezers, a decent knife — so Tamiya bundled the essentials into one tidy case and saved you the hunting. It's the obvious starting point if you're building your first kit, or a sensible way to back up a scattered toolbox with gear that's actually built for plastic.
What's in the box
Side cutters, sized for clean sprue snips without stressing the plastic
Angled tweezers for picking up and placing the small stuff
Small Phillips and flathead screwdrivers for photo-etch and fittings
A craft knife for trimming gates and a file for tidying the join
Everything held in a compact plastic case, so nothing goes missing in a drawer
Open the case, pick up a kit, and you've got no excuse left not to start.
Genuine Tamiya tooling that'll outlast plenty of kits. Pair it with a roll of Tamiya masking tape when you're ready to move on to painting panel lines and canopies.
