Tigurius is the Ultramarines' Chief Librarian and one of the most potent psykers in the Imperium — a battlefield force-multiplier who blasts the enemy with psychic power while shutting their own witchcraft down cold. Now a Primaris hero in a Hellfire Hood, he's a characterful HQ that rewards a patient painter and gives an Ultramarines army a genuinely dangerous psychic edge.
