Flat Brown is a neutral, true mid-brown — the reliable base for leather, wood, earth and hair, with no red or yellow bias to fight against. One of the most reached-for pots in Vallejo's Model Color range.
Best for
Leather, wood, earth and hair
A neutral brown base to shade or highlight
Smooth, self-levelling coats with minimal brushstrokes
Its neutral tone makes it the perfect middle brown — shade it darker, highlight it lighter, and it plays nicely with everything.
The no-drama brown that does it all. Pair it with a dark wash and a tan highlight.
