Evil: Wulf and General Targg, again foot and mounted, plus 24 Hill Tribesmen. There are also two modular Rohan Houses and scenery, 2 × 40mm hex-hole bases and 52 × 25mm bases.
Do the miniatures need glue?
The models are push-together, so they assemble without glue. A pair of clippers to free the parts from their frames is still worth having, and everything is supplied unpainted.
Do I need to know the films or books?
Not at all. Edoras and the siege it's named for come from The War of the Rohirrim, but the box teaches the game from scratch and the four-scenario campaign gives you the story as you play it. Knowing Rohan from Gondor helps the flavour, nothing more.
Is this a complete game or do I need more?
Complete. Two armies, the full rules, terrain, dice, ruler and mat — a genuine two-player entry point with nothing else required. Paints and glue are the only extras, and glue is optional here.
