Every painter ends up with a brush or two clogged solid with dried paint. Artis Opus Paint Purger is made for exactly that job — softening, breaking down and lifting stubborn dried acrylic so you can rescue bristles you'd otherwise have binned. The purple tint means it never disappears on a cluttered painting desk.
How to use
Soak the clogged bristles for a few minutes to soften the dried paint
Work it gently into the ferrule where residue builds up most
Rinse and follow with the Artis Opus Brush Cleanser to recondition
Keep it next to the cleanser and your brushes will thank you for years — it's the difference between binning a brush and getting another year out of it.
The rescue kit for brushes you thought were done for. Pair it with the Artis Opus Brush Cleanser to finish the clean-and-condition routine.
