When you're removing tiny, delicate parts from a fret — the fiddly details on a ship model, fine aerials, small pipework — a chunky cutter just won't fit. Tamiya's Sharp Pointed Side Cutter has thin, pointed blades that get into tight, low-clearance spots and snip finer parts free cleanly. Hand-finished chrome-vanadium alloy keeps them keen.
Why it's good
Reaches into tight spots a standard cutter can't
Clean cuts on delicate, finely moulded parts
Genuine Tamiya Craft Tool — precision Japanese tooling
For finicky, detail-heavy kits, the right pointed cutter saves both parts and patience.
The specialist for delicate detail work. Pair with a standard side cutter for everyday sprue duty.
