Thinner & airbrush cleaner (AK470)
For AK Xtreme Metal lacquers
Thins for airbrushing & cleans up
Read moreRead less
Every lacquer needs the right thinner, and this is the one built for AK's Xtreme Metal range. It thins the metallic lacquers for a flawless airbrush finish and doubles as a cleaner, flushing your airbrush of lacquer residue that water-based cleaners leave behind.
Best for
Thinning Xtreme Metal lacquers for airbrushing
Cleaning airbrushes and tools after lacquer work
Keeping that mirror-metal finish consistent
Add it a little at a time to reach airbrush consistency, and keep a jar aside purely for flushing the airbrush between colours. Work in a ventilated space, as with any lacquer product.
An essential companion, not a paint. Pair it with the full AK Xtreme Metal range for realistic metal finishes.
